Collection Statement

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This Collection Statement tells you what happens to the personal information you give us when you fill in a form on the ProfitIQ website — for example, our early access waitlist or a contact enquiry — as required by Australian Privacy Principle 5.

1. Who is collecting your information

Profit IQ Operating Pty Ltd (ACN 695 508 153) trading as ProfitIQ (ProfitIQ, we, us, our) is collecting your personal information.

2. What we collect

When you join our early access waitlist or contact us through the Website, we collect the information you enter into the relevant form, which may include your name, email address, business name, and team size, along with the content of any message you send us.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this information to:

  • respond to your enquiry or waitlist registration;
  • evaluate and manage the early access waitlist and contact you about onboarding;
  • send you product updates and marketing about ProfitIQ, where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law, and always with an option to opt out; and
  • improve the Website and our understanding of prospective customers.

4. What happens if you don’t provide it

Providing this information is voluntary, but if you don’t provide the required fields (such as your email address) we will not be able to respond to your enquiry or add you to the early access waitlist.

5. Who we may disclose it to

The early access form does not currently send your information to any third-party email, form or customer relationship management provider — as at the date of this draft it is not yet connected to a backend. Once it is, we will only disclose this information to service providers who help us operate the Website and manage the waitlist, each of whom is only permitted to use it to provide services to us. Some of these providers may store information outside Australia — see clause 8 of our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Our Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Policy contains further information about how we hold, use and disclose personal information, how you can access or correct the information we hold about you, how you can make a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, and how we will deal with a complaint of that kind.
